Professional Products Group

Stanley Black and Decker's Professional Products Group ("PPG") Authorized Reseller Policy, MAPP, and Product Quality Policy applies to resellers located in the United States or its Territories, who are specifically authorized by PPG to sell, distribute, advertise, market or promote PPG Products. In order to become an Authorized Reseller, all New Applicants must complete and submit a New Authorized Reseller Application. The decision as to whether to award authorization rests within the sole discretion of PPG.

Hand Tools and Accessories Group

Stanley Black and Decker's Hand Tools and Accessories Group ("HTA") Authorized Reseller Policy applies to resellers located in the United States or its Territories, who are specifically authorized by HTA to sell, distribute, advertise, market or promote HTA Products. In order to become an Authorized Reseller, all New Applicants must complete and submit a New Authorized Reseller Application. The decision as to whether to award authorization rests within the sole discretion of HTA.

BLACK + DECKER Products

Stanley Black and Decker's BLACK + DECKER® Products ("B+D") Authorized Reseller Policy, MAPP, and Product Quality Policy applies to resellers located in the United States or its Territories, who are specifically authorized by B+D to sell, distribute, advertise, market or promote B+D Products. In order to become an Authorized Reseller, all New Applicants must complete and submit an Authorized Reseller Application. The decision as to whether to award authorization rests within the sole discretion of B+D.

CRAFTSMAN Products

Stanley Black and Decker's CRAFTSMAN® Products Authorized Reseller Policy, MAPP, and Product Quality Policy applies to resellers located in the United States or its Territories, who are specifically authorized by CRAFTSMAN® to sell, distribute, advertise, market or promote CRAFTSMAN® Products. To become an Authorized Reseller, all New Applicants must complete and submit an Authorized Reseller Application. Outdoor Products Group

Stanley Black and Decker's Outdoor Products Group ("OPG") Authorized Reseller Policy, and Dewalt Outdoor - MAPP applies to resellers located in the United States or its Territories, who are specifically authorized by OPG to sell, distribute, advertise, market or promote DEWALT® Outdoor Power Products. To become an Authorized Reseller, all New Applicants must complete and submit an Authorized Reseller Application. The decision as to whether to award authorization rests within the sole discretion of OPG.
